They say that prior preparation prevents poor performance. When it comes to your professional goals for 2022 or your major life plans, don’t put off until tomorrow what you can do today. Tie up any loose ends or have necessary conversations. Be prepared for a few snafus or false starts. This doesn’t have to be a bad thing, of course. In fact, if you can be unattached to an outcome, you’ll make room for new possibilities that you’ve yet to consider.
