Why your New Moon wishes keep repeating every month...

You’re not blocked. You’re just carrying old emotional baggage into every New Moon.

Some people think they’re bad at manifesting - it's one of the reasons why people get manifesting fatigue!

But honestly, everyone can do it. It's just a matter of understanding a few basic rules.

Rule 1

You can't and shouldn't even try to manipulate people...

This can be a tough one when you're going through a super tough time and you really NEED someone to jolly well do what you want them to do! But even if you can - even if for example you find a spell that forces someone to take a different path - you shouldn't!

This is because we all have free will and the worst thing we can do for someone is take that away from them. So don't make New Moon wishes which alter someone else's course for them!

Rule 2

You can’t manifest clearly if you’re emotionally overloaded.

This is the one most people don't understand.

You can visualise all you like. You can journal pages of intentions. You can write the most beautiful New Moon wish in the world.

But if underneath it all you’re carrying resentment, fear, grief, exhaustion, or old disappointment, that energy leaks into what you’re asking for.

Manifesting isn’t about pretending you’re fine when you’re not. It’s about being honest enough to notice what’s weighing you down and kind enough to clear it.

And that’s why the Dark Moon matters.

It’s the quiet pause before the New Moon. The place where you stop pushing forward for a moment and gently ask, What am I still holding that I don’t want to carry into the next chapter?

That’s what creates a clean slate.

Rule 3

You need to do the release work as well as the intention setting

Yes, it's very easy to get all excited about the making of New Moon wishes but it's as important to do the release work as well - the ideal time to do that is at Full Moon and then again at the Dark Moon.

Because here's the thing; like unto itself is drawn so if you don't release the negativity, you'll just draw more negativity to you.
