It’s nice to get recognition for our efforts. It’s even nicer to get rewarded for it too. Fortunately, today, you’ll probable receive both! If you’ve been going the extra mile at work, someone in a position of authority may see this and give you the extra support you need. It’s also true that you’ll come to the conclusion you’re worth oh so much more than you’re currently getting. In either case, don’t sell yourself short! Go big or go home!
