Whatever is bothering you today, take advantage of having good friends around you and talk it over with them. Don’t feel you are being a burden or that your problems don‘t matter, your friends are there for you and they will support you no matter what’s on your mind. Don’t try to deal with things alone, accept the offer of support and spend some time getting things off your chest. You’ll be glad you did.
