While you demand a lot from your relationships, you ask for nothing that you aren’t willing to give in return – then plus some. The thing is, if you just demand it, you’ll create resistance from those you want love and appreciation from. Loving yourself first and knowing what you’re worth is your first step in getting the affection you desire.
