If you’re facing a problem now, you have two possible options available on how to deal with it. One, you can continually churn over the issue over and over in your mind and magically hope for a solution to arrive. Two, you could chill out, bury your head in the sand for just one day and you might be surprised what could come out of that! At the worst, at least you’ll have had the chance to relax for a little while.
