By now, you should be barreling along nicely, getting in tune with a new level of energy and mojo when it comes to your daily habits and routines. In fact, things are hopefully moving along so swimmingly for you that you can actually consider taking a break and reassessing your progress so far. That will happen in a couple of days, but for now, keep doing what you’re doing if it’s working. If it’s not, then the chance to change things will come soon enough.
