Time, or money, spent in getting to know yourself better is always a wise investment. Whether it’s through journaling, therapy, reading books of interest or any other avenue you can think of, knowing what makes you tick will always lead to better choices. If you’re second guessing some of your recent decisions, get curious about what led you to make the choice you did. It’s always OK to change your mind if that is the right thing for you.
