Stop pretending everything is fine if you want a powerful end to 2025.
Yes, December comes with plenty of squares and tension points. The astrology is pushing us to clear what we do not want to carry into 2026. This is cosmic truth telling, emotional housekeeping, and an invitation to face what we have avoided so we can begin the new year lighter and clearer.
But it is not all heavy. There are moments of sweetness too. There are openings for heartfelt conversations, reconnections, laughter with people you love, and honest communication that brings relief instead of pressure. When we show up as we are, connection becomes richer, not harder.
So let December be real. Let it be the month you stop pretending, start talking and allow intimacy and honesty to guide you forward. Deal with what hurts, release what is stale, and cherish the moments that feel warm and true.

I had an amazing experience today. I went to an

I had an amazing experience today.

I went to an event called @soulxscience_byfuego in East London, where a lot of the focus was on Breathwork. I did a workshop with @samadamscoach where we all put masks on and lay under a blanket and did a particular kind of breathing. It was incredible. I could hear that plenty of people in the room who were as moved as I was.

After the workshop, I came to, and had a complete revelation… Or five!

One thing that occurs to me now a few hours later is that as Uranus, the planet of disruption, moves into Gemini, the sign of the lungs, an Air sign, there’s every chance that we are going to understand more and more about this practice and how it shifts things.

Breathwork feels like a modern wellness trend, yet the roots are ancient. I guess we can all just wait and see what’s next. #soulxscience #astrology #moonology
