Balsamic Moon in Scorpio
What the planets are doing at the time of the New Moon actually has a big influence on the flavour of the Moon. They send us messages about the best way to navigate our way forwards. One of the standout features of this month’s New Moon in Sagittarius is what you might call The Mercury Factor. Specifically, at the time of the New Moon, the communications planet Mercury is making some very harmonious aspects.
1. Mercury is making a tight link to the karmic North and South Moon Nodes. These are invisible points marking where the motion of the Moon intersects with the motion of the Earth around the Sun. These points are all about where we’ve been and where we need to go in order to fulfil our life purpose. One conversation could change your “destiny”.
2. Mercury also links to the healing planetoid Chiron (pronounced Ky-ron) just after the New Moon. Mercury is the communications planet and Chiron is about healing past hurts.
So communication is extra important around this New Moon – talk out any issues!
