If you can, spend the first three weeks of the month quietly. Meditate, contemplate, and relax. Once a year you have a four-week period when the best thing you can do is give yourself time off for good behaviour, and that time is now. Next month, you will feel revived. Also, a great month to start or renew a spiritual practise, if you haven’t been getting cosmic lately. * Pay attention to what your dreams are trying to tell you.
