You do enjoy caring for others and it does bring you a lot of happiness, but you need to put yourself first sometimes and be your own number one priority. Give yourself permission today to spend time and attention on you only. You may have to let others know that you can’t be there for them right now, but you deserve your own focus and to take care of you. Your real friends and those who love you will understand this.
