    Yasmin Boland my rising sign is 29:54 degrees Virgo. I know I present as Virgo but for astrology forecasts, I read Libra rising. Do you agree with this? My house cusps range from 27:05 to 2:43.

    I am Libra, Libra Rising, but my Sun is in 12th House, even if near Ascendant. Sometimes I can relate to my Libra vibes, sometimes not. My Venus is in Virgo in 11th, my Moon is in Aquarius in 4th intercepted and my Uranus is in 11th in Virgo too. And my Mercury is in Scorpio in 1st, far from the Rising. In Libra I have the South Node too, in 1st House, 5° from the Rising. Sometimes I feel like a Virgo, someother like a Scorpio, and often like an Aquarius. Rising is only a part of the equation, even for double signs like me. And by the way for born in Italy, Placidus is better than Whole House System, and for born in UK, Equal House System is better than Placidus. All is relative, and the observer changes the observed. Quantum physics.
