I used to be the type that would pretty much try any tool, technique or ritual in the book when it comes to manifesting. You know the one thing I actively avoided? Mediation! Sitting there, breathing, trying to visualise this or that while ignoring the thoughts that popped into my head – I hated it! Then one day, I decided to give it a try. A real try. I’ve never looked back. Now, I don’t feel quite right if I miss a day. Try it.
