Refund Policy

We aim to make every experience positive. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances change. This policy explains when and how refunds apply to purchases of Yasmin Boland’s digital courses, memberships, and workshops.

Courses

You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase if you’re not satisfied, provided that:

– You have not completed the course, and

– You have not downloaded substantial course content (such as PDFs, audio files, or meditations).

Refunds are assessed case-by-case to ensure fairness and transparency.

Memberships (Mainly Moonology)

Your Mainly Moonology Membership includes a $1 trial for 14 days, valid for first-time members only.

After the trial ends, billing continues automatically on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your plan.

– If you wish to cancel, please do so before your next renewal date.

– Refunds are available within 7 days of your most recent payment.

– If a user attempts to sign up for another $1 trial after cancellation, the system automatically cancels

the subscription, and a $1 refund is issued within a few days.

Live Workshops

Tickets for live workshops are refundable only if the event has not yet occurred.

Once the live session has taken place (even if you didn’t attend live), refunds are not possible, as the content has been delivered.

Digital Downloads and Bonuses

Once you’ve accessed or downloaded a digital product – such as a meditation, PDF, or bonus file – it becomes non-refundable, as digital goods cannot be “returned.”

Third-Party Products

YasminBoland.com does not sell physical products directly. Items such as Oracle Cards and Moonology Diaries are sold by authorized retailers. Refunds for these must be processed with the original seller.

Receipt numbers provided to us are stored only for verification of eligibility for bonuses.

All approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
