There’s nothing more nourishing to the soul than a tender touch. Especially if someone is cranky, irritable or sad. Just being gentle with someone’s feelings is sometimes the best thing you can do. Maybe it’s you that is feeling less than their best today. If that’s the case, treat yourself the way you’d treat a child or stray animal that turns up on your doorstep. Sometimes a day to honour your inner child is the best thing you can do for yourself.
