You could really do with talking to a dear friend today. Even better, can you organise seeing them? Can you plan a weekend away or something else you might look forward to. Friendships these days need to be more than just constant text messaging via various platforms. You are hungry for deep and meaningful connection. If you can’t get that, then maybe you need to consider expanding your friendship circle to include those who share similar perspectives to you.
