Figuring out how you feel about a situation today might be necessary. Notice I said how you feel? Not how someone else might feel? This is an important distinction as not everyone is going to see things or feel about things the same way you do. It’s also important to remember that that is totally OK too! Your thoughts, feelings and opinions count just as much as the next person. It shouldn’t have to be you that goes with the flow all of the time.
