Are you stressed? Anxious? Not sleeping? It’s easier said than done, to be sure, but you really have to let something (or someone) go. It’s your natural inclination to try and find balance, a happy medium or a resolution. Sometimes the best thing to do is to just decide to just something (or that someone) off and move on. Do focus on the little things as much as you can. Control what you can and release what you can’t.
