Make time for yourself this coming year. Yes, it’s lovely to be in love, and yes it’s admirable to take time out of your life to look after others. But the message I’m getting for you from the Universe is to make time for you. Love yourself more, too. Nurture yourself. Find time for self-care, spa days, massages, walks in nature.
