One thing is for certain, you know that you need to do to start breaking some patterns you’ve adopted. Too much scrolling on social media. Maybe it’s too much drinking. Maybe it’s working toward the wrong things and expecting the things you want as a result. Whatever it is, you really do need to give it some thought. Mental habits and patterns can be the hardest and the easiest to break. Once you’ve done it, there’s no turning back.
