If you’re feeling a little bit irritated or even emotional today, that may be your sign that you need to take a break from things and reassess. If you can, make yourself unavailable to anything unless it’s really important. Every now and then, you just need to ignore your responsibilities in order to figure out if they are still something you’re willing to continue to commit to, or not. Meditate on it if you can and spend some time alone with your thoughts.
