If the feeling of stress or anxiety has been creeping in, then it’s totally OK if you need to catch a break! Take in a deep inhale and release it slowly. By taking control of your breath, you can take control of your thoughts and actions. When you can do this, you’ll realise you don’t have to try and accomplish everything on your to – do list! Just aiming for around half to two thirds of it should suffice! Tomorrow is another day.
