A lot of people sing the praises of boundaries. And yes, while they can be important in certain areas, most people still find them difficult to establish and maintain without feeling mean or that they’ve built a wall around themselves – that’s not helpful in most circumstances. Today is ideal for rethinking what a boundary means to you. Consider what you’re willing to negotiate on and what you’re not and work from there. It may actually be easier than you think!
