Don’t be so quick to roll your eyes if you’re not one to adopt the “New Year / New Me” mantra. If indeed you are, so be so quick to change all of your habits overnight. Whatever it is you decide to do, can you say you’ll be doing these things a year from now? If not, then don’t. Embrace the long game when it comes to generating real change. Small and purposeful steps will yield results.
