There is no doubt that 2025 was a big year astrolo

There is no doubt that 2025 was a big year astrologically speaking. We had major planetary sign changes, retrogrades, reversals and a fair bit of cosmic turmoil. The result was a lot of people feeling unsettled, stretched and pushed to adapt fast.

The interesting news is that 2026 is shaping up to be even bigger in some ways. Within the first six weeks of the year we will see Saturn and Neptune leave Pisces for Aries, and Uranus leave Taurus for Gemini. When three slow-moving planets shift signs in such a short window, it changes the global mood. That is not hype. It is basic astrology.

The good news is that we already tasted these energies in 2025, so it should feel less shocking and more like a continuation that we can work with. I expect 2026 to be exciting, innovative and full of forward momentum.

I’ll be honest. There is a lot of male energy in the mix and while I love many of our menfolk, I don’t love the sabre-rattling from world leaders who seem keen to get their tiny knickers in a twist. The upside is that Jupiter is in Cancer until mid-year which supports the Divine Feminine and makes it easier to hold the light and keep the peace.

WHAT'S COMING UP FOR PISCES RISING?

If the last couple of years have felt heavy, tiring or strangely confronting, you are not imagining it. You have had Saturn moving through your First House. That is the part of your chart connected to your body, your identity and how you move through the world.

Saturn in the 1st House can feel like dragging a backpack full of bricks up a hill. It tests your stamina and your sense of self. It can also make you feel older, more responsible and very aware of your limits.

The upside is that this transit often leaves people stronger than they have ever been. If you have been lifting weights or doing strength training over the last couple of years, even better.

Saturn loves discipline and structure. But if you are feeling totally spent, that is valid too. Saturn in the First can be exhausting and nobody expects you to sprint out of it smiling.

The good news is that Saturn is now preparing to leave Pisces and move into Aries.

For Pisces Rising, Aries rules your Second House. This is your money zone. Cash, property, possessions, earning power and your sense of self worth all live here.

Hearing that Saturn is entering your money zone might sound scary, but it doesn't have to be. Saturn is the planet of profit through discipline. If you choose to work with this transit, you could lay down financial foundations that last up to 15 years.
