Every now and then, we all need to blow off a bit of steam. The trick is to do it in a health way. If you can carve out the time to go for a walk, or a run or hit the gym, you’ll feel so much better. Also, consider some of your personal goals and if you’re doing on a day-to-day basis what you need to be doing in order to achieve them. If not, then you need to refocus.
