If you’re worried about something and it eventuates, then you’ve worried twice. Doesn’t make much sense to worry about something that might happen because maybe it won’t. If you’re not one to meditate much, then today might be a good idea to try. Just some simple breathwork and catching worrisome thoughts can be enough to relieve any anxiety you may be experiencing. I’m yet to have solved a problem by worrying about it, have you? Let it go and see how you feel.
