It’s one thing to let your hair down and have a bit of fun at this time of year – heaven knows, you’ve earned it! It’s quite another to let the baby out with the bathwater too, in terms of your health and wellness rituals. For sure, go eat, drink and be merry, but also balance things out with plenty of water, some healthy food options and some exercise too. You can have the best of both worlds if you avoid an all or nothing approach.
