This is the week to think about how you’re going to dissolve your fears, now and in the 12 months ahead. Rather than trying to bash them into submission, or pretending they don’t exist, melt them away by looking at where they came from and why you hang on to them. The words I am using “dissolve” and “melt” are important. Applying self-love will help you do this. Send love to yourself as you work through these issues. You’re worth it!
