    Yes you will need to be more in the sunlight so you’ll be able to sleep better as your body will then be able to produce melatonin and also vitamin D

    I’m playing bi-naural music Healing and Deep Sleep from YouTube. I’m so glad that my sleep has improved.
    During the day I play other bi-naural music for settling my brain and confusion and lack of focus.
    This really settles me down and takes the pressure off for me.

    Have you tried Melatonin.?
    It resets your sleep patterns.
    Half an hour before bed for 2weeks.

    My sleep schedule was messed up before COVID but it’s now worse than ever. I was always a night owl but the lack having to physically be anywhere has made it way worse.
