You get to set the tone more than you currently give yourself credit for – especially the tone in your important relationships. Your curious and easy going nature gets you only so far sometimes. Every now and then, it does pay off to get on your high horse and be both opinionated and vocal about how you think things should be. You’ll never get what you want unless you speak up! It’s well worth your while to do that now.
