Someone just asked me what a karmic cycle is so here goes… 🌙

To me, a karmic cycle is when the same lesson keeps showing up in different forms until we finally understand what the soul is trying to learn.

Different people.
Similar feeling.

Maybe it’s relationships where you lose yourself trying to keep the peace.

Maybe it’s friendships where you give everything and end up exhausted.

Maybe it’s situations that leave you feeling unseen, abandoned or emotionally drained.

That’s usually the clue.

And these cycles can last months, years or even a lifetime. If you believe in reincarnation, some people would say they can continue across lifetimes too.

One of the most powerful ideas I ever came across about this was in Ascending into Miracles by Jennifer Hoffman.

The idea was this:

Forgiveness is what breaks karmic cycles.

Not time.
Not distance.
Not endlessly replaying the story.

Forgiveness.

And I don’t mean pretending painful things didn’t happen.

I mean freeing yourself from carrying the pain forever.

Because resentment can become the cord that keeps us energetically tied to the very thing we want freedom from.

Actually, the astrology right now is incredibly supportive for forgiveness work and emotional healing. A lot of old feelings are surfacing for a reason.

Healing happens in layers.

And if you’re not ready yet, that’s OK.

The Moon always comes around again. 🌙
