Whatever you need to get done today you’ll do it much faster if you work in a team. However, you’ll have to make sure everyone understands what’s going on and most importantly, don’t leave someone out who you know wants to be involved or they could cause trouble. Make sure everyone is CCd into emails and invited to zoom meetings. Share your ideas with the group, but be careful you don’t give away anything sensitive.
