I’m sure you’ve heard this before, “if you want something done, then ask a busy person.” It’s crazy logic, but it sure is true. Today, you might notice just how many more tasks and requests are asked of you and you may be beginning to think just how much more you can possibly do. Just because you are capable, doesn’t always mean you should. It’s ok for you to put yourself first and say “no” when and where you feel it’s appropriate to do so.
