When she retrogrades, she brings with her second chances to do with romance and riches, she asks us to weigh up what really matters most to us and she gives us a chance to step back and see if we are taking someone important in our lives for granted.
Like all planets that undergo their own retrograde cycles, it denotes a period of reflection, review and – in the case of Venus retrograde – re-evaluation of life.
With Venus’ natural impetus to seek to connect, when retrograde, she seeks to go within.
You too might become more withdrawn and reflective.
It’s a time to weight up what really matters.
All those blind eyes you turn in your relationship, at work, with friends or with your financial situation may not sit quite right anymore.
This doesn’t have to be a disastrous or catastrophic event.
More so, it can make you realise that something needs to shift, adjust or change.
It can be a time when you and your partner feel far apart – but that is a feelilng that comes all the better for you both to take a look at the relationship from outside rather than in the middle of it.
