It is only my opinion… but when I came across with the word retrograde for the first time was in my birth chart many many years ago …., it did have a negative impact!, …was not pleasant, nowadays…with you & including your lovely help things are much easier to understand and to digest….

Good Morning, Yasmin. Rest and Repair is exactly what I did yesterday. I cook part time for a living and I have been cooking a lot this week and my body yesterday stopped and said NO, time to day a day off. I have started my morning pages this morning. I took a class with Julia Cameron, who wrote The Artist’s Way. Not sure if that is Venus Retrograde or Mercury in Pisces?
