Sammy Merrick if the 2020 one’s anything to go by it will be amazing. I have learnt a lot of what I know from Yasmin. I use her books and some others from Anodea Judith, The Crystal Bibles (1,2&3) from Judy Hall, and things I have learnt from Kassandra Reinhardt when she had her Lunar Yoga up and running. Her book is Yin Yoga – Stretch The Mindful Way. I am naturally an expressive and inquisitive person. That’s my Gemini Sun and Ascendant (rising sign). That’s why on my Lunar Pumpkin page (business in the making) in the post I wrote about influences I mentioned both Yasmin and Kassandra among many others. I love yoga, but also some tantric philosophy too. I am inspired by Esther Perel’s work on relationships, connection and lifestyle, Dr Christiane Northrup keeps everything in perspective. Deepak Chopra is incredible. Les Brown is powerful and Layla Martin inspired me with her work on healing trauma with jade, enhanced the shadow work, pranayamas and meditations for love and recognising your own divinity. Brett Larkin and Adriene Mishler have deepened my yoga practice, but I feel I have more to offer than yoga. I adore Brene Brown too. I read a beautiful book by Judith Hanson Lassiter which helped me realise that meditation is more than just sitting and thinking, but can heal and be vital for growth. I am aware that yoga (union) is a way of life as is manifesting with the lunar cycle. I will continue to grow spiritually and financially. Finance is triggering for me due to close people in my life previously treating it as a reward rather than a necessity. Money is not a dirty word. It’s an energy exchange and necessary for life. In today’s society it is as almost as necessary as water, which saddens me. My affirmation is: I am spiritually and financially liberated. I deserve success. Thanks again to our Yasmin.
