Do you need to unwind?

Then you’re in luck!

Right now we’re in one of those relatively rare times when there are no major alignments taking place for a few days…

This gives us a chance to unwind a little – so important to do, especially if you’ve been stressed and you need a nervous system reset.

So here are a few idea of how to make that happen and how to take advantage of this “free” time (NB: I almost added Watch Netflix as another option but I honestly don’t think it does all that much for our nervous systems!!!)

(I also could have added “do some breathwork” – but I decided to leave that to the experts.)

So here are 3 things you can do for your good for you soul, as we get this chance for a breather…

1. Reflect:

Take advantage of this time to reflect on your personal growth, accomplishments, and areas you wish to improve.

Set aside dedicated moments for introspection and consider setting new goals aligned with your aspirations. Journal about it.

Use this opportunity to reassess your priorities and make any necessary adjustments to ensure you’re heading in the right direction.

2. Be Creative:

Being creative lights us up.

What does creativity mean to you?

Whether it’s painting, cooking, writing, playing music, or any other artistic endeavor…

It could be gardening or sewing or knitting or flower arranging or arranging your crystals just so/making an altar or anything else which feels creative to you …

… Channel some energy now in this energetic lull into your favorite form of creative expression.

Allow yourself the freedom to explore new ideas and experiment with different mediums. The process of creating can be both therapeutic and inspiring.

3. Connect with Loved Ones:

This is my favourite… Strengthen your relationships by spending quality time with your loved ones during this less intense period.

Plan activities or outings that will create shared memories and deepen your bonds with each other.

Go beyond hanging out together on the couch!

Engage in meaningful conversations, share experiences, take photos and/or simply enjoy each other’s company walking outside.

These heart-to-heart connections can provide huge emotional support, encouragement, and a sense of belonging, especially if you’re going through a rough time.

Prioritize your well-being and seek out activities that bring you joy and fulfillment….
