Information about the month ahead for all the signs

ALL ABOUT THIS MONTH – IT’S BIG!

This month is a standout one astrologically-speaking. For one thing, the latest Mercury retrograde ends, and for another, far more importantly really, in the great scheme of things, the planet of hard work and tough times, Saturn, is finally changing signs. More on that in a moment.

Let’s start by looking at the end of the Mercury retrograde cycle. Mercury has been reversing this time around in the sign of Aquarius and Pisces. The cycle started last month and finishes on March 10.

In other words, use the first 10 days of the month to go over whatever in your life needs a rethink or a redo. Mercury retrograde is actually perfect for second chances, so if there is something you messed up earlier which you feel you could tackle again now, do it before March 10 (if it feels right!)

After March 10, we go into the shadow period – that’s when Mercury retrograde is over but Mercury is still retracing it’s steps over old ground. It’s when we get the post-Mercury retrograde “shake out”. So go easy!

The big March news, though, is all about Saturn. Having moved into Capricorn back in 2017, Saturn is finally moving out and into the neighbouring sign of Aquarius, for a short stay.

In fact, what’s happening is that Saturn is more or less dipping its toes into Aquarius for a few month. It will stay in the sign of the Water Bearer until July, then retrograde back into Capricorn for a few months, before returning with a vengeance for a longer stay in December.

So live consciously this month and take note of where in your life you feel tested. Those are the issues which Saturn is going to bring up for you during this “Saturn in Aquarius” cycle which lasts, overall, until 2023.

Saturn has a bad reputation but actually is the planet that helps us to get stable in life. So read your horoscope for the month ahead and think about what it would take for you to feel more secure.

And where’s the Moon, you might ask?

A few hours before Mercury retrograde ends, we get the Full Moon in one of Mercury’s two home signs; Virgo (the other is Gemini). The good news about this Full Moon is that it’s making several harmonious alignments; to to Jupiter, Pluto and Saturn, in that order. This is quite rare and suggests this Full Moon will flow quite easily and will bring about positive changes, deep transformation and easy lessons learned.

Meanwhile, we get the New Moon on March 24, this time in the sign of Aries. As you might know, Aries is the first sign of the zodiac, so if you want to commit to working with the New Moon for 12 months in a way that can change your life, commit now! The way to use it to turn your life around is simply to make wishes at the time of the New Moon – wishes that you really believe in!
