Spending too much time on social media has been dubbed “doomscrolling.” That term sounds rather depressing, doesn’t it! The truth is, you’re probably not going to be walking away from social media anytime soon. So with that in mind, can you change the way you approach the process of picking up your phone? Could doomscrolling become “hope questing?” Look for content that inspires you towards your greatest aspirations and your visions for the future. Hope can be found if you seek it out.
