When you commit to what brings you joy, life tends to improve. When you commit yourself to distractions, that doesn’t tend to bring you joy. Right now, it would do you the world of good to really think about what is a priority for you and what isn’t. If you’re wasting so much time each day that you’re not very productive, then you need more focus. The time left over will give you the room you need for more joy and fun!
