Yesterday, I posted an Instagram reel looking at the possible reasons why Harry and Meghan are apparently moving back to the UK.
At the time, every man and his dog seemed to have a theory. I’d watched everyone from royal reporters on the BBC to independent commentators on YouTube trying to work it out.
The truth was, nobody really seemed to know.
So I did what any astrologer would do. I looked at their charts.
Lo and behold, the astrology told a remarkably clear story.
For Harry, the move appeared to be connected with home, family and putting down roots.
For Meghan, it looked like a career decision.
I’ll be completely honest. The career part seemed rather unlikely, even to me.
I couldn’t quite imagine Meghan moving her entire family across the Atlantic because of her work. Harry and Meghan occupy this unusual semi-royal position, and their professional lives don’t exactly follow an ordinary career path.
But that was what Meghan’s chart showed, so that was what I said.
Within hours of posting the reel, reports emerged that Meghan was in discussions about appearing in a future season of Guy Ritchie’s Netflix series The Gentlemen.

Suddenly, the career explanation didn’t seem unlikely at all.
This is why I love astrology.
What did Harry’s astrology show?
Harry is a Capricorn Rising.
This means Aries rules his 4th house, which is the part of the birth chart connected with home, family, parents and our roots.
Saturn and Neptune have both recently moved into Aries, activating this very personal part of Harry’s chart.
Saturn can bring serious decisions and increased responsibilities. In the 4th house, those responsibilities often involve family, parents or where we live.
Given King Charles’s health problems, it makes sense to wonder whether Harry feels he needs to be closer to his father.
Neptune can bring a longing for home, particularly when our relationship with that home has become complicated or painful.
Harry left Britain under extremely difficult circumstances. Six years later, he may be reconsidering what the UK means to him and where he wants his children to grow up.
Reports suggest that Archie and Lilibet are being enrolled in British schools.
Enrolling your children in school is one of the most putting-down-roots things you can do. It makes Harry’s 4th house astrology feel incredibly literal.
What did Meghan’s astrology show?
Meghan is a Cancer Rising.
For her, Aries rules the 10th house of career, reputation and public life.
Saturn moving through the 10th house can make you take a long, hard look at your professional direction. It can reveal where a career needs more structure or where something simply isn’t working as well as you’d hoped.
Neptune can dissolve an old public identity as a new creative direction starts to emerge.
Could Meghan have realised that her career in America needed a major rethink? Could returning to Britain be part of a carefully planned professional repositioning?
The reported discussions about The Gentlemen certainly fit that astrology.
We can’t know exactly what Meghan is thinking or what agreements have been made behind closed doors. However, the timing is pretty striking.
Saturn and Neptune are important, but look at the eclipse
Saturn and Neptune help us understand the longer story taking place in Harry and Meghan’s lives.
Right now, I’d be paying particular attention to the upcoming Full Moon eclipse in Pisces.
Eclipses can bring sudden developments, revelations and changes of direction. They often speed things up and move us onto a path we may have been considering for some time.
For Meghan, Pisces is her 9th house.
The 9th house is connected with international travel, living overseas and broadening your horizons.
Here she is, apparently preparing to move from America to Britain just as an eclipse takes place in this exact part of her chart.
For Harry, Pisces is his 3rd house of thinking, decisions and communication.
Harry previously said that he couldn’t imagine bringing Meghan and the children back to the UK without the police protection he believed they needed.
Now he appears to have changed his mind.
That’s precisely the kind of plot twist we can see during eclipse season.
Where is the eclipse taking place for you?
You don’t need to be an astrologer to work this out. It’s genuinely not that hard.
You need to know your Rising Sign, also known as your Ascendant.
Your Rising Sign determines which house Pisces rules in your birth chart. That house shows the area of life where the Full Moon eclipse is likely to bring something to a head.
For example, Cancer Rising Meghan has the eclipse in her 9th house of international travel.
Capricorn Rising Harry has it in his 3rd house of decisions and mindset.
If you’re a Gemini Rising, the eclipse takes place in your 10th house of career. A Sagittarius Rising will experience it in the 4th house of home and family. Virgo Rising people have it in their 7th house of relationships.
Once you know the house, start paying attention to what has been coming up in that area of your life.
Something may be reaching a turning point. You could receive information that changes your perspective or realise that you’re ready to release a situation you’ve outgrown.
Eclipse themes often begin appearing before the eclipse itself, so think back over the past few weeks.
- What has been stirred up?
- What are you being asked to reconsider?
- What already feels ready to be released?
