So this is the last morning of waking up to this view for a while. Getting our rental lakeside chalet was an amazing #manifestation, even if I do say so myself.
There are just five chalets like this one in this area. It’s quite remote. My husband‘s best friends own one of them and the others all belong to one particular local family.
They’ve all had long-term renters. For example, one couple who have a rental chalet have had it as a rental for 40 years!
🌙 I was repeatedly told that we would *never* get a chalet. I was told they go from family to family, coming on the market for a couple of hours when people do eventually vacate, before being snapped up by family or friends who’ve been patiently waiting in line.
🐮 I was told this for years but I refused to believe it. Sometimes it’s good to be stubborn.
🌙 Eventually, after hearing this for so long, we were in a position to actually rent a chalet ourselves (you have to rent them one year at a time). I knew I really wanted to do it. This is one of my two or three favorite places in the whole wide world. 
🌙 That summer we came to stay with our friends in their chalet again, for about the 10th time. That summer I collected some pebbles from the lake side and took them home with me and put them in the water every time I had a bath. I would soak in the bath and think of the beautiful lake.
As it happens, I had met one of the residents of one of the rental chalets that same summer and not long after I began this little ritual, she texted me to say she’d decided to vacate after many years —- and did I want to take up the rental? Of course I did!
Even my husband, who knows about #manifesting, is amazed at how this one worked out! We were literally told “forget it. It’s never gonna happen!” But it seems you just have to believe. ♥️♥️♥️
🌙 And one more thing to note here. Even though it’s so important to set New Moon intentions, so you know what you want, sometimes you can just manifest in this way as well. That’s when the Full Moon 🌕 work is so important. When you clear out upset and drama, your manifestation flows.
