Hopefully this will become the norm for us all. It will be less stigmatised to wear a mask so people with colds or whatever on public transport will start to wear masks, hopefully!
30+ ys ago in Japan when people had colds or had had the flu, I noticed they wore masks and when I asked about it, that is what I was told. They were & are CAREful
the highest risk is indoors with prolonged exposure to the same people… so work, and stores are trouble spots. I am sure many people will have similar issues trying to wear one throughout the work day! If you can wear on for a short time you can try what I have which is having it on a cord around your neck for when it is required.

I cannot wear a mask. I get very ill from to inhaling to much Co2 and not enough o2.
