Danni Louise Gallon exactly. I was quite resistant to chanting this morning which, is why I knew I needed it. My shoulders are no longer tight due to it. I can let others’ fear or root chakra struggles dissipate a little, realise it may be hard for them, but not internalise it and make it my own reality. I feel there is a problem in society with instant gratification, spiritual bypassing and people wanting change without being willing to sit with the emotion, take steps to achieve, work through it and release it. Root chakra issues are those surrounding safety, security, shelter, basic needs such as adequate food and water. We are all lucky to have a home, family and friends, food, drink, mostly work even if this may temporarily be different from what we’re used to and internet- a luxury. With all situations: good, bad or anything in between practice gratitude, be present and act from a place of love. You can’t pour from an empty cup, so look after yourself and be kind to yourself and others in equal measure. Love and light to all.
