Communication problems are likely today, so attack this head on by being honest and open from the get-go. Don’t be afraid to say just how you feel and don’t be shy of telling people what you think when they ask you. This way there can be no confusion between you and others and nothing can come back to bite you later. Be considerate of others’ feelings, of course, but don’t hide anything or skirt around issues.
