Don’t be tempted to give too much of yourself to others today or you could end up over stretching yourself. Being nice to others and helping them will foster positive feelings between you, but are you neglecting your own needs in favour of others? Don’t push yourself too far, you’re no good to anyone if you’re exhausted. Find balance and take care of yourself as well as others. It’s self care to put yourself first sometimes.
