Honesty is always the best policy. Sometimes though, you tend toward holding your tongue in order to keep the peace. Everyone has their limits though and it’s quite possible you’ve reached yours. Just be upfront and honest about what you think and feel. To get something off your chest can not only be liberating, but you may also discover a problem is rarely worse than what you think it is. Clear the air. Come up with a fresh idea. You’ll be glad you did.
