You have a choice to stick your head in the sand about a certain situation. Another choice you have is to see things exactly for what they are. This might mean having to cut your losses or, heaven forbid, change your mind about something! If you’re currently feeling overworked, underappreciated or even underpaid, then it’s high time you make a different choice. Easier said than done, I’m sure, but whatever load you’re carrying now will become so much lighter if you choose to let something go.
